Ed has always had an interest in food and since leaving school he has been working within the catering industry.
He started as a waiter and quickly became involved in menu preparation, resulting in managing large-scale events. He continued this whilst studying Politics at university -spending his holidays and weekends working in catering and after university decided that this was definitely the career choice for him. Alongside working in a renowned Shropshire catering business, he set-up his own small bespoke catering enterprise. As his reputation grew Ed realised that there was a demand for his approach to food and in Autumn 2012 he made the decision to spend all of his time on his own business. Interest has come for all types of events from small intimate dinner parties to weddings and lavish Balls. Ed and his team help from menu planning right through to the tidying up when the guests have gone home!
