Oak Apple Catering is run by Edward Potter. Ed is a farmer's son from Shropshire who has always been interested in quality food and is now bringing this to the dining tables, parties and events across Shropshire and into Wales. His farming background means that he undoubtedly understands quality food and actively seeks out the best from the local area when preparing his menus.
As his reputation grew Ed realised that there was a demand for his approach to food and in Autumn 2012 he made the decision to spend all of his time on his own business. Interest has come for all types of events from small intimate dinner parties to weddings and lavish Balls. Ed and his team help from menu planning right through to the tidying up when the guests have gone home!
Ed has always had an interest in food and since leaving school he has been working within the catering industry.
